Enrollment

How do I pay the tuition and fees?
Tuition and fees can be paid in person at the school, located at Purok 6, Jawa, Valencia, Negros Oriental. Please visit during school hours to process your payment. For questions about fees, payment schedules, or installment options, you may contact us at 0920-941-4520 or email becsmarts2020@gmail.com.
How do I enroll my child at BEC SMArts?
You can start the enrollment process online through our website. Visit our Admissions page and choose either Regular Enrollment (for the full school year, Daycare through Grade 6) or Summer Classes. The online form takes about 10 minutes to complete and requires your child's personal details, parent/guardian information, previous schooling history (if applicable), and scanned copies of the birth certificate and prior school records. You may also visit us in person at Purok 6, Jawa, Valencia, Negros Oriental for assistance.
What documents do I need for enrollment?
For regular enrollment, you will need the following: your child's personal and contact details, parent or guardian information, previous schooling history (if applicable), and scanned copies of the birth certificate and prior school records. For summer classes, you only need your child's name, date of birth, previous school (if from another school), preferred batch and time slot, and parent/guardian contact information and email.

What grade levels does BEC SMArts offer?
BEC SMArts offers regular enrollment for Daycare through Grade 6. We follow the DepEd curriculum with a special emphasis on Science, Math, and the Arts (SMArts), along with fostering a deep love for reading. We also offer Summer Tutorial Classes for Kindergarten through Grade 10, covering subjects like Numeracy, Early Reading, English, Filipino, Reading Comprehension, and Mathematics.

BEC SMArts is located at Purok 6, Jawa, Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines. Our school is situated in a warm, quiet environment away from urban noise, making it an ideal setting for learning. We also provide parking and waiting areas, especially during the early weeks of classes for preschool students.

Summer Classes

What summer classes are available at BEC SMArts?
BEC SMArts offers Summer Tutorial Classes for Kindergarten through Grade 10. Subjects include: Numeracy and Early Reading (Kindergarten), Reading and Writing in English and Filipino (Grades 1–6), English and Reading Comprehension (Grades 1–6), Mathematics including advance, review, and remediation (Grades 1–6), and JHS Mathematics (Grades 7–10). Classes are available in two batches: Batch 1 (April 6–30) and Batch 2 (May 4–27). Slots are limited, so early enrollment is encouraged. You can reserve a slot through our Admissions page.

What curriculum does BEC SMArts follow?
BEC SMArts follows the Department of Education (DepEd) curriculum with a special emphasis on Science, Math, and the Arts — which is what "SMArts" stands for. We also place a strong focus on developing a deep love for reading, as it is essential across all subjects. Our instruction is rooted in Christian values, and our small class sizes allow for nearly individualized attention for each student.
Are the teachers at BEC SMArts qualified?
Yes, all of our teachers are carefully selected and are Licensed Professional Teachers (LET passers). Two of our teachers also specialize in Special Needs Education. Our school principal, Ma. Gina S. Anqui, holds a BSEd degree (Major in Math and Physics, Minor in English, Cum Laude) and has completed the academic requirements for a Doctor of Education degree.
Does BEC SMArts accept children with special needs?
Yes, BEC SMArts welcomes children with special needs. We have two teachers who specialize in Special Needs Education, and our small class sizes allow us to give more individualized attention to each student.
